how do I find out if I am on fastpath or interleaved?

ADSL2+ with an Asus DSL-N55U router

I'm not even sure if this applies to an ADSL2+ connection?

I only ask as I have noticed my ping on speedtest.net has went up recently

this happened last time i had an upgrade and it was the fast/interleaved thing that was causing it

You can either call your ISP and ask them what profile your on from their tech department, or

By default circuits will most likely be on interleaved, or if requested then fastpath, some routers will tell you or you can check the stats to get an idea, or look at the pings and compare them to what you had before

phoned my ISP who confirmed interleaving is on, they said it's still in the 10 day training period so need to wait for that to finish, then they can issue a reset
but, they said there are a lot of errors/fluctuations in noise showing and the DLM has applied some stability to the line so chances are it will go back to interleaved anyway

now....there's a stability adjustment setting on my router that I was playing with - to try and get the fastest sync possible, but still keeping the SNR reasonable - so I've had to reset the router each time I changed that - could that be what is showing as errors/fluctuation in noise?
I've never had any problems with disconnects or anything before

here's the stats - I see the FEC errors? are high - is it normal - the ADSL Link had been UP for 17 hours when I took these stats (electrician doing work in house just now so power was off yesterday)
