I have a laptop with a partitioned HDD and both partitions are FAT32.
I would like to convert one of the partitions to NTFS...would this cause any problems.
Should be fine but you won't be able to see any of the info on the FAT32 drive from your NTFS drive and visa versa. I am sure thats what happens or its that you can't copy from one to the other or something.

NTFS is not recognised by windows 95, 98 or ME. Apart from that theres no problems at all. I ran a FAT32 drive and an NTFS drive together under windows 2000 for over a year with no problems.
