Fatal system error on boot

I get:
Fatal System Error
Stop:c0000021a {Fatal System Error} The Session Manager Initialization system proces terminated unexpectedly with a status of ....
at XP Home boot. I have not made any changes to the XP, registry, settings.
In safe mode I am told that no hard drives are available for repair.
The system is set up for RAID1
