Fatal1ty 650 or IP35-E?

Fatal1ty looks a pretty sweet board but i dont see many people using them. Also like the look of the IP35-E so if you were a moderate clocker who's more concerned with silence, good memory performance and the ability to whack a tuniq 120 on it which would you go for?

yeah heard some ppl say the fatal1ty board was crap.....custom pc rate it as one of the best boards you can buy.
i have one and its been great...i dont oc though so maybe thats why its been great.

IP35-E - In fact, anything other than the Fatal1ty 650i board.

IP35-E...not a bad board for a cheapy...although i was a little dissapointed in the one i tried as it had a fsb wall and fell short 13mhz from 4ghz...and the board was slightly bigger than my DS4 so my TRU had to be faced up towards psu.
