Fatal1ty Fanmate

Hey all - looking for some advice.

I've connected my Zalman Fatal1ty cooler (on my 7600GT) to the system fan connector on my mobo. The problem I have is that the cooler runs at full speed no matter what I set the Fanmate to...

Any ideas?

Take off the mobo connector - mine runs fine without it and the fanmate still works. Just plu the fanmate into the fan.

I don't know what you mean Andy...

Can you explain a little more for me?

The card has a 2pin connector and the Zalman a 3pin, so I have the fan plugged into the fanmate, which is then plugged into the mobo system fan connector (the only one free).
