Fault on car need help

I have a nissan micra 1.0 inspiration. its a minor issue but in winter its a big issue and fogging up in the car a bigger issue.
But the fans dont seem to blow anything on full wack you can barely feel anything come out of any of the fans.
Anyone know what the problem could be? ive looked at the fan as it was pretty easy to find and ran the fans with it out and it seemed to be spinning fine?
Any suggestions? Thanks

Has it got a pollen filter thats never been changed?

Has your car got aircon? If so the pollen filter probably needs replacing.

Ran the fans without what?

Do they work in any position at all?

I dont have a clue? its a 1999 nissan micra inspiration i doubt it does?

I took the fan out and turned it on to see if the fan was spinning properly basically as i didnt know what else to try.
it just doesnt seem to flow out of any of the places and doesnt even seem to change where it comes out with the dial...
