Hi there. When I first built the system, there was some awful persistent beeping coming from the motherboard. After a lot of removing, swapping hardware etc to find out what the fault was... I determined it was an old SSD. So I replaced it and it was fixed! 4 months down the line... the beeping has started again.

By built I mean, I replaced the powersupply, ram, motherboard, processor and replaced an SSD.

I tried to record it on my phone, turn up your volume a bit and you will be able to hear it.

I can't disable any of the fans on my pc, if i unplug one i won't be able to boot into windows for some strange reason. The beeping only happens AFTER I log into windows 8.1.

Have you heard this before?

Specs
Core i5 4670k ( Not overclocked)
Asus gryphon z87
Corsair Vengeance Low Profile 8GB PC3-12800C9 1600MHz
KFA2 660TI 3gb
Corsair h60 with standard fan
OCZ Agility 3 120gb (boot drive)
Intel 335 240gb (Gaming drive)
WD Black Caviar 640gb 3gb/s HDD
Samsung f3 1tb 3gb/s HDD
Corsair Enthusiast Series TX850M

First time i built it, i installed windows 7 but the beeping started and i replaced an old vortex 60gb ssd with the intel 335. So i did a clean install on the intel 335 with windows 8, and upgraded to windows 8.1.

Please help. This is doing my head in:( when the case has the side panel on and is under my desk... it is louder and VERY annoying.

Edit:

Well, after playing around. It seems if i add a new hard drive while the computer is booted up, the beeping happens. So I think I still have a dodgy drive. All connections seem solid.
