Hi guys, does this sound like my 2900Pro is giving up?

1: ATI T200 Unified Stream Driver won't start - This device cannot start. (Code 10)
2: At random intervals the Monitor will just go blank requiring a hard reboot, And still sometimes I can't even see the PC booting up but can then hear the windows login from the speakers.

This is what I've tried so far.
1: Update drivers to Cat 8.7's from 8.6's.
2: uninstall drivers, Drivercleaned them, then freshly installed 8.7's
3: System restore to a point about a week ago.

At 1st I thought it was a heat issue as it has been a tad warm recently, so I put ATiTool on and changed the fan profile to something deafening! :o but that didn't change anything.

I've disabled my 2nd monitor and that seems to have cured the blank screen issue (but for how long?)

Now should this be a faulty card, it will be my 2nd, the 1st being an X1900XT which suffered from memory faults which was RMA'd last year (around Setember) and this 2900Pro being the replacement, would the warrenty be extended? doubt it!
