Faulty 670?

Hiya guys I was playing Smite an MOBA I realised that when I was scrolling through the menu's I was freezing up so I thought I'd load WoW and see if that ran all ok as Smite is a beta and crashes/problems are quite normal then I get this - http://s1216.photobucket.com/albums/dd365/jsastra/?action=view&current=IMG_0399.mp4

Is my GPU faulty?

Have you overclocked the gpu your self? If so, put back to stock speeds and see if problem still exists.

Just ran Unigine with my overclocked profile normal score 2018, no crash or blue marks, seems the WoW 64 bit beta is a bit buggy? and before you say run WoW at stock the video I recorded was when the gpu was at stock.

Ok I sorted that issue deleted, WTF, Cache and interface however now my Card is locked in 2D clocks making any gameplay unplayable.
