would a faulty graphics card produce blurry egdes around text etc. at first i thought it was the monitor but today i connected the monitor to another computer running a 128mb MX440 AGP and it seems fine.

images below where taken when the monitor (Acer AL1916W) was connected to the 7900GTO

could be that, buts its been running fine for ages now, im using a dvi to vga converter block that comes with the card.

when i connected the monitor to the mx440 i used a different vga cable (vga to vga) as the card only has vga

ive been using 93.71 since i got the card (7900GTO) and i have had no bother untill now

ive even installed 93.71 on the comp that the mx440 is in and still, no probs, im now thinkin that it def is the 7900. its under 3 months old!

nope, i dont even have another rig with a pcie mobo, all AGP

ive connected the acer back up to the gto and it *seems* fine, may have been a lose connection although the connectiosn were screwed up tight
