Faulty 7990

Hi ppl

I bought a 7990 (Gigabyte) from OC in October last year, it has a hardware fault, I was playing BF4 and had a blue screen, same thing happened a few times, noticed an electrical type burning smell from the card. It has been off since.

Since they don't do that card what will happen with the RMA?

Probably get a clearer answer if you ask them in the customer service section

They are now EOL unless they have some refurbished ones in stock. So either a 290X or refund.

I got a refund for mine but this was from another place... They offered me an 290X at first but then I told them that its not like for like and since theres no more 7990 cards they just refunded me.

They might have a few 7990s left in b grade, but I imagine it will be a refund. They probably have the last few 7990s sat in mining rigs in there office hehe.
