I have a faulty BFG GeForce GTX 295 1792MB! One of the GPUs has failed, and it is out of the 1 year warranty with overclockers. In fact it is 15 months old. The reason I purchased this was because of the extended warranty that was available (10 years) and I took it out. At the time there was BFG presence in Europe. On ringing overclockers technical support it appears that BFG have withdrawn from this side of the Atlantic. Any ideas how I proceed? Do I have to make expensive phone calls and send it to the US. Anybody from overclockers wish to comment? This is bad news if you purchase a BFG video card! After 1 year you are on your own!
