Hey. I recently brought this card and when I installed it, I get a blue screen and it gets shut off. I'm pretty sure this is nothing to do on my side here, I've done a BIOS update, reinstalled my previous card which still works, and a ton of other things.
How would I go about getting this replaced for a new one, same model? I've never had to return anything here before, so I'm not sure myself. Is there some sort of support ticket I have to go through before I send the card back?
