Faulty geil ddr3?

Looks like i got a faulty stick of ddr3 its geil branded. Anyone gone through rma process with geil? Ram is probably 10 years old but should have lifetime warranty but dont see any uk options for rma.

Oldest ram i rmad was with crucial being ddr1 modules over 15 years old and was still honoured lol.
 
Aren't these liftime warranties through the place you bought it from? It seems that way if you look at Team Group, Corsair and Kingston (plus others) memory kits sold on OCUK.
