Faulty Iphone 4 on Orange

Hi guys im currently having a few problems with my 3 month old iPhone 4 16gb on a 24 month contract on Orange. do you know if orange would send me out a new handset if i told them the problems im having or would i have to contact apple which i believe is a refurbished handset that they issue as replacements.

You contact Apple - Apple fixes or replaces if its a hardware fault.

Nothing to do with Orange for hardware probs - they may give you account credit though for the inconvenience.

Yup book yourself a genius bar appointment at your local store. If it's an issue they're likely to swap on the spot. And you literally just take the hand set btw no paperwork or packaging required.

It's purely speculation what the handsets Apple give out are refurbs.

Either way they come out SPOTLESS. Just like the retail units do.

Take it to an Apple store is the quickest way of getting a replacement.
