i have a keyboard which i bought from ocuk approx 2 months ago which has a small fualt with it in that the m and n keys don't always work.

if i was to open it up and see if it ia something obvious that's causing the problem would i be voiding the warranty?

if not do ocuk do a swap service or will i be without a keyboard for a few weeks while i send this back and then for them to find a fault, then either fix or send another?

if you have a warranty i say get ocuk to replace/fix it (send a webnote/phone them tomorrow)
thats what the warranty is for afterall :)
you may be able to fix it but i wouldnt risk voiding the warranty in case it breaks again

well i assume that as it was bought so recently it has a warranty given that it should last a reasonably amount of time by law, and 2 months isn't reasonable. saying that then maybe the problem is with saitek and not ocuk, but any way i'll take you advice and send a webnote tomorrow.

If you contact OcUK you will given a RMA number, you then return the product, we test it once received then send you a replacement.

ok thanks ace modder. thats a pain as i'll be left with an old keyboard for a while then but guess it's better then one without a faulty m and n. any chance ocuk would replace it with a different keyboard if i make up the difference? i'm thinking of upgrading from the eclipse 2 to 3 (which funnily enough is on a this week only deal) as i don't like that it doesn't reember y colour preference

edit: poo, ecplise iii is 1 inch too wide for my keyboard shelf :( stupid desk
