i didn't mean be rude or anything like that i just meant be persistent and don't get fobbed off by "it's out of warranty", from what i picked up on various show's on consumer rights ect a laptop or other item like that should last more than 18 months and if it's a gpu problem like it looks then it's a known issue and should help your case
