Faulty Linksys Router

I have a Linksys Wireless-G which has been given me some trouble over the past few days, taken it back to where I got it from and after they tested it they confirmed it was faulty. However, it was out of warranty with them because iv had it for over a year!

Im now looking to return it directly to Linksys (they come with a 3yr warranty), has anyone dealt with them before? How long is it likely to take..? Thanks

I returned a wireless pci card just a couple of months ago.I contacted them with the problem and they replied with an rma number and postage label so it is FREE to return it.Sent it off and waited 3 days to get there and got a reply within 2 days saying they will replace it so overall got it back within about a week.Good service.
