Can you list your pc spec including PSU make / model and rating.
Is this a new build.
Have checked memory using mem-test, run prime or Orthos to ensure stability in windows, run any diagnostics for your hard drive you can get these usualy from the manufacturer.

Could be yet another Hiper biting the dust. I don't suppose you have a spare psu to test the rig with?
