Hey a few weeks ago I upgraded my computer with new memory,GPU and PSU

The memory has been causing me a lot of problems

I got recommended this memory, in a ealier thread

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-084-CR&groupid=701&catid=8&subcat=144&name=Crucial%202GB%20(2x1GB)%20DDR2%20PC2-5300C5%20Dual%20Channel%20Kit%20(CT2KIT12864AA667)

to use in this mobo

http://support.packardbell.com/uk/item/index.php?i=spec_Rio&ppn=PB34316401

What happens is it boots up fine, windows recongnises that its 2GB's and stuff, it says on the mobo page that it supports DDR2 667 which is what that memory is, but randomly my PC will instantly turn off an reboot while just idle
and when I run a game like L4D or Farcry, the second i get into the game, past all the menu's it just goes straight to the desktop and exits the game without so much as a crash message, so my question is, is the memory faulty or does my Mobo not support it :/

Thanks in advance

Maybe I am missing something but you say you changed memory, GPU and PSU so how do you know the memory is causing the trouble?

I changed back to my old ram and the problems went away :)

And as for running memtest, as soon as I click start testing, it says Ran Out of memory or something, but ill try with 1 stick

****EDIT****

Tried with 1 stick in and tried both of them same results as with both in, going to run memtest+ overnight from a bootable CD instead of in windows.

So I left memtest running today for an hour (Memtest86+ 2.11)

with 1 pass and 0 errors

So, is that good or bad or what :P or should I leave it running even longer
