Faulty Memory?

Hi all

I am trying to figure out if i have faulty Memory. I have run a few tests using the Windows Memory Tests

Basic Test - Completes Test is Reasonable time NO ERRORS
Standard Test - Completes Test in Reasonable time NO ERRORS
Extended Test - Wont Complete Hangs at 10% Over all and at 21% on test 1/2

Would this be a good sign to say its Fubar'd?

When get time ( doing 140 hours work between this week and next) ill do tests on each individual RAM stick in each RAM Slot.

16 Total Test on the Extended Mem Test might take a while lol

Been able to Test 3 Sticks in RAM Slot 1

Stick 1 - Extended - Passed No Errors
Stick 2 - Extended - Hangs on Test 1 of 2 @ 21% - 10% Overall
Stick 3 - Extended - Hangs on Test 1 of 2 @ 21% - 10% Overall
Stick 4 - To Be Tested

Hopefully this Means it might be a cheap fix with new memory but will need test further
