Hi, Just recieved my Hazro 27" 1440 monitor.

Bought it as a B grade, on first inspection it looked Okay...

When i plugged it in however, the display is showing 4x small screens, all are duplicating each other...

How can i fix this? ;o

Cheers.

Yes, it is like this from the the word go, bios etc.

If i was to RMA it, with it being B grade, what would happen? ;o

Replacement? Money back? ... if i could get a New replacement, that'd be amazing :))

Have a play with the monitor settings? Seems very odd anyway.

I would have thought you'd be able to RMA and receive a brand new replacement depending how long the warranty is taking into account how long ago the product was originally bought?

Weirdly, none of the settings buttons on the monitor do anything :s The brightness adjusts, and the led flashes when they are pressed, nothing on-screen though.

As it was bought as B grade, and there currently isnt any in stock, would i get a shiny new one?

it was bought on friday

Cheers

Hang on don't Hazro monitors have no form of on screen display for settings?

You are probably better off posting in the Customer Services section to ask about the monitor regarding it being out of stock.

Are you using a dual-link DVI cable (and videocard connection)? I think I've seen someone post about this before but can't remember if/how that was resolved.
