A little ago I had a MSI 670GTX OC fail on me, just within the 3 year warranty. MSI was pretty good about it and replaced the card with a 680GTX. The only bug-bare was that I had to send it aboard - which wasnt too expensive. It was sorted within a week (if I remember correctly).
