Faulty Oculus Rift sensor?

Hi

I bought the Oculus Rift 2 month ago and it looks like one of the sensors has gone that came with the touch controllers. :( I've reformated my pc, update my usb drivers etc... windows is saying 'the last usb device you connected has malfunctioned' its not detecting in any of my usb ports so it must be gone. Is it a nightmare to get it replaced? I bought from another retailer and they only have 30 days return so it would mean having to get in touch with Oculus. I've just ordered a new one from there store as I can't bare the hassle of returning and waiting after what I've heard about them but if its not too much hassle then I'll return the faulty one and use all 3...

Also... I'm thinking of ordering the Inatek card to keep my vr stuff isolated from the other usb ports, are they worth getting?

Thanks
Lee

I've got my new sensor that I ordered and my rift is working again. I'm gonna get onto Amazon next week about replacing the faulty one as I'd like a 3 sensor setup. I'm gonna leave the Inatek card for now. I would have liked all 3 sensors and the headset usb plugged into the Inatek card but if you cant do that then I may as well just use the usb ports I've got. Plus I'm not even sure I've got a spare slot for it to go into, I think I'd have to take my soundcard out.

On another note... has anyone with a rift noticed how the godrays/smearing when you move your head slightly has got worse after a while of using it? For the first month there were no godrays/smearing at all and then this last month or so its definitely more noticable. Its much more noticeable on the oculus menus than before and I'm wondering if its got worse after an update? The godrays I can live with but the smearing is the worst. Those circles down either side on the system screen smear about when I move my head and it just seems washed out. Once I'm in a game I don't really notice it much its just on menus etc...
