Faulty product, what do I do ?

I suspect ive got a faulty GPU, ive never sent things back so I dont know where to start.

Could anyone point me in the right way ?

If i were you m8 i would try called OCuK and see what they say they will point
you in the direction you need to go if the product is still under warrenty

1. Find what the exact faulty part is.
2. Contact the shop you bought it off
- If they say contact the manufacteurer then do so
3. Talk to them

and it goes from there.

Contact the place you bought it from, explain the problem asking for an RMA (return merchandise authorisation) number and send it back.
