Having a lot of issues with my current rig :(
Anything over 3.6ghz is prooving near possible even though it will do 3.2GHZ on the stock V of 1.23V & 3.6 @ 1.35V but im getting an horrible squeeling noise from near the cpu.
After finally getting OCCT to work i run a test to see how my PSU is and it doesnt look stable to me or is it just me being paranoid?

Psu is a OCZ GameXstream 850W

Im not sure what the squeeling noise is could be the mosfets or voltage regulators or something, but i'd take it as a sign to back off the voltage.

Cheers. I cant back off the volts though, it does it when running stock speeds with stock 1.23V
Trying to find the cause of it so i can get it rma'd and sorted, least i know its the cpu or motherboard now :)

Read the sig, im on high end water cooling so theres no fan to make the noise :p
also been onto gigabyte and they dont know what the cause could be, happened on my last w/c loop, stock heatsink & now my new loop so i can only see it being the cpu or mobo now

Well after getting in touch with OCZ, i connected up a multimeter to the 3V 5V & 12V which all give the right readings (unlike any window apps) and after opening p95 for a few minutes to test each one none of them moved so i think the psu is pritty stable.
Just goes to show how much the onboard sensors suck
