Im currently finishing my WC loop and doing the air bubble bit. Ive flicked it on and off about 3-4 times (getting fluid through the system) and the PSU wont turn on any more.

I thought I broke it, so dug out my HX620 which worked fine. The loop is now 99% air bled, so thought Id put the other PSU back on and it worked....for about 4 times (on and off....connecting LED's to make sure theyre working).

Ive just clicked and noticed there isnt any capacitor whine like there normally is, so Im thinking the pump/ LED's are draining it and its taking longer than normal to recharge to start?

Not fully, if I put it in my low power HTPC, its fine, no issues. The minute I try and put it in my WC rig, its having none of it.
Its not even turning on briefly like last night.

The only thing I can think of is that the capacitors have died. In my HTPC, it can power it straight off as its got very little draw, but in my WC rig, it needs a lot more power to start up. What I dont get though, is that it was working 100% without the WC....and the only thing extra on the PSU is the pump, but its like 18w iirc, I cant be maxing the PSU can I (with the rig in sig).

If it isn't powering it correctly then I would think about RMA. Or maybe fire a question over to Corsair's support forums prior to doing so.
