I has some blue screen issues so ran Memtest and this indiacated that a stick had errors so I took it out ran memtest again and all was fine.

I know it a while since I bought it from overclockers but it has a lifetime warrenty Geil PC2-6400 DDR2-800. I contacted webmail and was told to sort it out with the manufacturer myself, is this correct as the below thread, Gibbo states that they honour all lifetime warrenty?

Slipperz :)

IF the memory is older than 1yr then you will need to RMA to the manufacturer. This is standard practice. Much the same as if it is younger than 1yr you will need to return to OCUK and not the manufacturer.

I've rmaed to ocuk after 2 years, past that it's manufacturer. However if for some reason they won't deal if it then ocuk will.
