Faulty RAM

Hi all.

Just after a bit of advice. I have identified one of my sticks of ram as being faulty, when the ram was installed my PC was having frequent BSOD errors and crashes, since it has been removed my PC has been running fine no problems.

The ram is Kingston Hyperx Beast ddr 3 HX321C11T3K2/16 - 8gb x2.

The problem I have is that Kingston are saying to get a replacement or refund I have to send both sticks back, thus rendering my PC useless in the meantime. Anyone know how long the return process takes? I am thinking I could buy some used ram on ebay in the meantime until it gets replaced if it's going to take weeks.

Thanks in advance

Thanks. I think I'll just buy some ram off Ebay for the time being so I can at least still use the PC. Literally only just brought a new Acer Predator monitor and loving it and then the PC dies on me lol
