Faulty water cooler

I have a self contained water cooler for my graphics card. I can't recall the details of it at the moment. (Just finished a night shift and brain is already asleep)

My problem is that it seems to have stopped cooling.

The fan on the radiator is still working so I know it's getting power, but the radiator does not get almost icy cold as it once did.

Without knowing exactly what model this is, is there anything in general I can do to get it working again?
Do these things fail very often?
It is under a year old, so I can claim on the warranty if I can't get it working again.

After a sleep I will dig out the details of the cooler.

AiO watercooled graphics cards are very rare. We'd really have to know the model of it..

Did you check the actual temperatures of the card with GPU-Z, or how do you know it's working? Radiator is not supposed to be "ice-cold" when the card is running, the whole point is that it's exhausting heat.

But, if it is broken, it's most likely the pump. If its under warranty, just RMA it if it's not working.. but make sure it isn't first.

The Bolded section.

What do you mean the radiator got Ice cold?

Ok, here are the details: ARCTIC DCACO-V750001-GB Accelero Hybrid Graphics Card Cooler.

I use this graphics card for physix (I think it is called). It calculates algorythms for codes.

Under normal use with this cooler attached, at idle the radiator will feel almost icy cold to the touch. It will idle at a temp of around mid 30c. At full load when calculating, it will run at around 50c (ish). For a while it has run at over 80c.
It never feels almost icy cold when idle like it used to.

It has to be the pump that has failed, but I was hoping there was something I could try before asking for a replacement. Perhaps tapping it?
I don't want to cause any more damage though to it or more importantly, to my card.

If the temps go up to the 80's, the the pump indeed sounds broken. Stop using the card so it does not get damaged from overheating, and RMA the cooler. It's all you can do, if you try to do any repairs on it, you will lose your warranty.
