Faulty Xbox 360

What would Game do?
I have a limited edition halo 4 console, only a couple of months old, it no longer powers up. Would they give me a crummy black one?

Is it still under warranty? If so, I'd expect they should try and replace with another Halo console, but as it was a limited edition i'm not sure they'll have any in stock.

I had the gears of war xbox & it went wrong & they replaced it with another

I'd ask GAME but if they don't offer you another Halo console I'd get in touch with Microsoft before following through with GAME.

They said before the purchase completed that it is the only one.

If they no longer have stock they will give you option to get ms to repair it or you can choose to get credit.

You don't have to take it back to Game you could just register it on xbox site and get ms to repair it for you.

Have you checked the power brick as mine packed up recently and it wouldn't power up or randomly shut down when it over heated after I disconnected and reconnected it, a lot simpler to replace than the console.
