All I need is for someone with a stock PCB 4850 who is using a 3rd party cooler (so isn't using the cards 4pin fan header) who also has the 8.11's installed no problem to dump their cards bios (using GPU-Z or whatever) and then upload it so I can swipe it.
Reason being, that for some reason I can't install any CAT drivers past the official 8.10's or I get the atikmdag.sys BSOD instantly at windows boot up.
After much much searching around i've heard tell that it can be caused by cards with old bios's not having a fan plugged into the 4 pin header on the card.
As my cards are release day cards they have prolly the oldest bios possible on them, so it is worth a shot!
So if anyone has a stock bios that works i'd be most greatful!
