Favourite late night snack

Ok we all have one or maybe two, but what are they?
Something you have to make from scratch rather than reheat or throw in the microwave straight from freezer.

Mine is simple, toast covered with fried mushrooms and topped with some grated cheese ..... yummy

Or, typically chocolate digestive biscuits. The only biscuit worthy of gracing my fridge.

Must admit found a new love of these lately, the milk chocolate type

Had to improvise my snack due to someone using the last of the cheese, so instead of cheese grated on top I had cheese spread underneath ... almost as good
