He gave their (MSI) laptop a bad (but honest) review. First they tried to pay him not to post the review, then they threatened his channel if he did. Both GN and Hardware unboxed covered it in his support.

I would stay clear of those "Gear Seekers". Really low quality in terms of actual tech facts. Anything that needs any kind of tech details, they refer to other channels.
They filter out any negative or neutral comments and trash people even in their videos.

My best suggestion for PC HW is Hardware Unboxed. High quality with a lot of knowledge between the two guys.
