Fax software?

Currently need to send a letter or a fax to microsoft.
Printer died a while back and I've not gotten round to replacing it.

Is there any software I can use to send a Fax via my pc at all ?

Vista (well.. business at least) comes with fax & scan. I think XP comes with a similar software.
