Is there a way to block automatically FB members that have more than a couple of vehicles listed for sale as 99% will be scammers?

No but you can email FB owner and ask for that new feature. But I dont think you will get a reply.

If that filter existed, it wouldn't work anyway like majority of filtering on marketplace...

Some new used car dealers start from Marketplace. Best to use judgement on FB. Like said above, the filters are useless.

I can block for specific words or phrases which removes about half of these listings.
