Fears, Do you have any?

Emetophobia. Effects my life every day, more so in social situations but i force myself to push through it as often as possible. Getting married in 2 weeks, dreading it.

Don't worry, ever been under anaesthetic? I think dying is kind of like that. I remember them saying count to 3 next thing I know I woke up in completely different room with my nose all sliced up.

If dying is like that you just cease to exist and you won't have the conciousness to worry about death when you are dead.

:D

I guess it's the point of death that worries me, like feeling pain the fear of knowing what's going at that precise moment:eek::(:(

Spiders and heights. But neither are so debilitating that I can't deal with them when I need to.

I over came a fear of heights thanks to work.

I'm ok with Heights/Spiders and posting in forum topics :D

No fears of water/heights/people or anything really. I'm cautious but not scared.

I'll give anything a go and if I live i'll do it again! lol

Dentists and depths :(.

Interesting. Dentists always soothes me. So much I nearly drift off, apart from the saliva hoover.

This thread is full of pansies.

Butterflies and moths ffs!

I'm afraid of ninjas. They're deadly.

Water and anything that flys are is larger than a 1p coin in size.

Used to be scared of heights altogether however am much better now if I feel I have something slightly solid near by.

As the local 75 year old drug dealer in Hackney once told me

"Im a scared of only two things in life.......haligators and snakes"

Wasps, since getting stung by them means a trip to the hospital for me and getting stuck in large crowds of people I havnt chosen to be stuck with. Gigs and suchlike are fine - new years eve in london? brrrr never again!!!

I'm not scared of heights. I'm scared of the time I would be conscious falling from a height until I hit the earth and the possibility that I might actually survive the fall in some ****ed up way and then end up lying there for hours, days or weeks with all manner of broken things poking and oozing out through my skin.

I also don't like spider webs, or the old exoskeleton from when spiders shed / molt. Garden sheds are a no-go zone for me.

Edit: Also, not being able to see the bottom in bodies of water. That includes being unable to see the sand because of seaweed. I have a fear of crabs nipping off my toes if I walk through an area covered by seaweed.

I'm scared of mice and spiders, but oh-so-much greater is my fear that one day the two species will cross-breed to form an all-powerful race of mice-spiders who will immobilize human beings in giant webs in order to steal cheese.

Crashing on the motorbike and ending up being fed through a tube and being trapped in a theme park with 200 scouse kids shouting "ASHLEY ASHELY" at the top of there voices.

Should get that my will tbh, a trip to Switzerland.

With you on that one brother, a fear of mine since I was a kid. How does Marriage affect it though

+1 for moths too, though I'm getting better, just anything that flies at my face I hate, moths being the major sinner.
