Feasibility of 3D Printing a custom GPU fan shroud?

Yesterday I pulled an RTX 3080 from a faulty Dell XPS desktop.

I've always had Sapphiretech and EVGA FTW3 triple fan GPU's so I'm finding Dells slim dual fan design runs hot and loud.

Is it feasible to have the current shroud 3D modelled and then the depth increased and converted to a 3 fan design to accommodate 3 x Noctua NF-A9x14 while still using the original mounting points between the heatsink and shroud?

Going to reach out to a few local 3D design companies for pricing etc but just interested in if anyone has tried this?

Should be feasible. Be careful if it’s nylon material as that can build up static charge.
