Feedback on my first rig please!

Hey, I know these sort of threads are probably pretty annoying, but I really have to ask somewhere, so I thought I may aswell just get it over with; basically, is there anything wrong with my rig? I'm building it with BF3 in mind, do you think it'll run it pretty decently?

Thanks guys, just to say, I can't really change anything here right now, all of the stuff is ordered already . I know I can't dual cards, but I don't plan on doing so.

I'm a bit worried about my CPU cooler though. I don't intend on OC'ing to it's absolute maximum, but is it compatible?
