After sitting on my 4-year old Sandy Bridge, I've decided it's time to make a major update on my build.
My budget is about 2000£ / 2500€, and below is my first selection of parts. I'd love to get some feedback or suggestions.
Intel Core i7 6700K
Asus Z170-Deluxe
Corsair Vengeance LPX Black DDR4 2400MHz, CL14
MSI GeForce GTX970
SanDisk Extreme Pro SSD 480GB
Corsair HX1000i 1000W
Corsair Hydro H110i GTX
My biggest dilemma is the choice of Mobo. Though I'm not an enthusiast, I do want to OC quite a bit.
I also intend to replace the 970 with a pair of pascals whenever they're out, so I want to have a mobo with great SLI support.
As such, it seems like my choises are 3:
They all seem to be enthusiast boards with fairly similar price tags. What's their main difference and which one should I get?
I'm also wondering if someone knows the difference between all the different Hydro coolers available from Corsair. There are like 6 of them available. Which one is best?
