Feedback on Singstar

Have a PS3 with Singstar on it.

Noticing with the mics plugged in there seems to be a bit of static feedback through the TV.

Is this fairly normal and is there any way of possibly reducing it?

I find there is a lot of echo on mine, is that what you mean by feedback?

sorry, can't help, but not noticed it on mine and it gets used fairly often.

If it is feedback then move back a bit from your speakers or turn the mics down.

Lots of PS3's have this problem. Annoyingly the only fix i have found was to unplug the Ethernet cable. A bit annoying but worked for me.
