Feel Guilty saying NO ?

Just got a phonecall of a barclays person, very nice on the phone, and it was a women she had a nice voice... but she was asking me if id be interested in a new service...

i said no, and the way she asked why i wouldnt be sounded really like upsetting, like id been nasty for saying no... i felt guilty saying that i was interested and i hadnt the time to talk about it...

i know its just some stupid call centre wanting to rip people off with "new" services... but ive been left with an awful feeling... i need a slap

i think it was something to do with insurance.
