Do need some advice though. I bought the card from another supplier and 2 different machines i tried it in it kept crashing. It seems to have been unable to be used with older motherboards as its now working.
The issue is ive done a chargeback on my credit card and got the money back for the card and told the seller to pick it up. They wont pick it up and want me to post it but I dont want to pay more for the card to send back.
I now have the money back and the card but ideally i would like to keep the card as its now working. Should i mention to my cc company that I want to keep it and get money back or speak to supplier?
Man up and eat some humble pie if you want to keep the card. If not at least have the decency to post it back as from the sounds of it the supplier was right all along about the card working. They've wasted time dealing with your RMA/charge back, it's the least you can do.
