Feeling the same! After coming back from Uni I can't wait to stand on my own two feet! The finances aren't an issue I'm just not settled enough with a job or personal life to make buying a house a sure thing. To have to move a few years down the line, or be left with a massive commute because I hastily brought some property would be a bit silly!

Living at home for around £200 a month or standing on my own two feet weeing away around £800 is a pritty obvious choice for me right now! Just have to grit my teeth and bare it!

Once your in your New home every thing will seem great !

Every one has to leave the Nest at some point in their lives !
 
A few of my friends have suffered the initial wibble, but they said that after this passes, they're happier than they've ever been.
Stick with it and enjoy your new found freedom!
