Fennel Pollen.

Hi guys,

So a couple of months ago, I read an article in the Wall Street Journal, regarding Fennel Pollen, and how the was the new 'Magic' ingredient in the kitchen.

I wasn't too fussed about hunting some out, however I was in a spice shop yesterday, and managed to find some, at an extortionate price, however I thought I would pick it up and give it a go.

I haven't got around to using it yet, but thought I would see if anyone else has?

One of the sausages I want to make uses it. However I'll be using a substitute. Where did you find it?

I grabbed it in a spice shop in Silverlake, in Los Angeles.

Although, looking online, it seems like you can pick it up pretty easily!
