I was driving through my town today and i saw one of these parked near the main street.
I must admit ive never liked Ferrari's but it made my head turn and i was astonished at how good the build quality and the bodywork on it was and i only saw it for about 30 seconds.
Its a rare site to see cars like that where i live except when the classic rally come through town.
I would have taken a photo but i had no camera on me.
How much would one of these things cost and are they as good as i look :D

Lets face it, you don't buy a Ferrari for it's build quality. It'll cost thousands to keep on the road each year in service bills etc..
BUT, nothing else available offers the speed and passion of a Ferrari, worth every penny :)

You're looking at around £70-80k for a decent example.

They start around £55k over here now. Build quality isn't all that, but it's Italian and hand-built so what do you expect? The 430's a huge step forward in build quality (as well as performance).

They were ~£110,000 when new. No idea how much they'd be in oz.

I absolutely love them, think they look stunning. Apparantly they can be a bit of a handful to drive, a bit skittish in untrained hands, but they are extremely well regarded. Total dream car :D

You can buy lots that are faster mucho cheaper!! interior isnt as nice as high end BMW, more cars handle better and are more fun to drive (not driven one personally tho!!)

Ferrari's are the ultimate though, nothing looks as good, nothing sounds as crazy and even the classiest of bird will drop her kecks if you drive one :D If i could id have one :)

I'm not so sure... A high-end BMW doesn't feel anywhere near as special as a Ferrari does. From a durability point of view, fine, but the smell and feel of the one with the horsey on the front puts it streets ahead.

I dont even like Ferraris and it put a smile on my face.
Ever car i saw for the rest of the day after that looked really cheap and pooly built.
I even saw the latest model M3 later that day that would normally make me smile but after that Ferrari it didnt really do anything for me :) (i would still take an M3 though :D )
