This is not yet proven and there is a long thread on XS about it but based on wat was in that thread I have just removed my ApogeeGTX-copper for the first time in over a year and opened it. The loop has been running pure Feser Black with cpu temps in the high 50s to low 60s. Over time, the temps have been getting worse so I decided - based on that XS thread - to have a look.

I have replaced the GTX with a V1 Fuzion and it's dropped the load temp by 10C.

here's what I found when I opened the GTX.

Your mileage - as always - may vary, but I won't be using the rest of my bottle of Feser1.

Now im worried. I have Feser black in mine, been in use since late August. Do you think its time to clean it out and see whats what?

Funny thing is ive got the page up for PT nuke and Halfrauds Battery top up water...

Edit- I have mentioned elsewhere before about this. But i have this lurking in my XSPC res (The whitish coloured patch) :

No photos on me, but can add my name to the list of people who have had blue feser 1 come out of solution. I found lots in my ek supreme and some in a gpu full cover block.

Its been quite a well known problem for a while that coloured Feser One will 'gunk up' your blocks. Its one of the reason so many people prefer to just use distilled water

I have never liked the so called additives for water cooling. I only use distilled water with isopranol about 25% (pure alcohol) reduces surface tenstion which you can check with a hydrometer. it also lubricates your pump! stops algee ect and any other nasties growing in your loop.

No scale. no gunk, no sludge, everything nice and clean as the day of instalation. those blocks above look bad.
