I think they're all good from the point that the poses, etc are all good. I think you've been a tad unlucky with lighting.
I'm not even going to begin to pretend to know about glamour/model shooting, but if you look on the Canon forums in their glamour section you see that most use reflectors of some sort to get a better spread of lighting.
Obviously money is a barrier for most when you start using that sort of thing though, but I'd say that's all the shots lack really
Now baring in mind that I know next to naff all about lighting, I'd say the horse shot needs something in the bottom left, lighting up the area behind the model (in between the horse and her) as that area seems a little dark. Maybe a warm light bottom left and a reflector top right to add a little depth. (I think I know what I mean, I hope you do
