Few questions on the 360...

Im a bit lost and have read thru most of the 360 topics in here...

I have a normal tv and a 19" crt. What i dont get is all the diff cables people are going on about. What comes in the prem thing? (cable wise) what *** give me a better picture my monitor or the tv? What *** i need for it to run on the monitor?

Im completely lost tbh dont get cables are used for what

One question tho how am i gonna get sound :| the connections wont fit into soundcard surely?

its only 20" tv but theres a bigger tv downstairs and the g/f has a big tv too
