Should I get the Kuhler, H60 or H80 I plan on adding a typoon fan.

and

Should I get the HIS ATI 6950 PLUS or Turbo?

The Kuler range perform better and are cheaper.

The Turbo is clocked faster, the Plus includes free games.

If you can i'd fit a good air cooler (noctua or phalenk) as they tend to perform better and are quieter.

Do you think the free games worth the extra £15 plus the slower clock speeds and less attractive design?

Well the games are worth £60+, that counts for a lot. Also the card is upside down so you dont see to much

They tend to be either the same price, perform worse or a fair bit more for marginal gains.

I really regret buying mine, hence i'm going down the custom water route

You wont unlock these cards to 6970's like you use to be able to do, overclocking isnt hard, MSI Afterburner program can do this.
